The service
ONE Client is provided by One Luxury International to people its agents invite, so they can search for homes, share a shortlist with their household, message their agent and request tours. Using ONE Client does not by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship; that is set by your written agreements with One Luxury International.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and have been invited by a One Luxury International agent. Use only your own account. Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in codes are sent there.
Listing information
Listing information comes from the multiple listing service and other sources believed reliable, but it is not guaranteed. Prices, availability, measurements, school assignments and other details can change or contain errors. Verify anything that matters to you, and rely on professional inspections and your own advisers. Listing information is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying homes you may be interested in buying, and may not be copied, redistributed or used for any other purpose.
Tours and messages
A tour request is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your agent will confirm the time with you. Do not send passwords, bank or payment details, or government identification numbers through ONE Client messages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse ONE Client: no unlawful use, no attempts to reach information or accounts that are not yours, no interference with the service, and no harassment of other users or agents.
Changes and ending your use
We may change or suspend features, or end access, for example if an invitation is withdrawn or the service is misused. You can stop using ONE Client and delete your account at any time from Account in the app. We will post updated terms here with a new date.
Responsibility
ONE Client is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, One Luxury International is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information ONE Client collects and how it is used and deleted.
